Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare areas, parking lots, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities per reporting procedures.
