Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Devens, MA. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents at a commercial real estate location, delivering professional customer service and maintaining a visible, secure presence.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and the ability to communicate clearly with tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required where allowed by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the building, parking facilities, and common areas.
• Monitor access points and verify entry requirements, maintaining records as required.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, effective manner and notify appropriate contacts.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate observations to leadership and clients.
