Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Kailua, HI. You will provide unarmed patrols, assist with access control, and deliver courteous service to patients, visitors and staff in a healthcare setting.

As part of a safety-focused team, you will respond to incidents following company protocols, document activities, and help maintain a welcoming environment while earning a stable, full-time

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per AU driver policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas and perimeters.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and directing visitors.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and report to appropriate personnel.
