Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Perimeter Patrol Driver in Kailua, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $25.76 / Hour

Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Pre-Employment Requirements: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, access control, and compliance with facility procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
