Lenape Valley Foundation in Doylestown, PA is hiring a Scheduler | Phone Support (Psychiatric Assistant). This full-time role supports doctors delivering mental health services and involves mostly phone-based scheduling and client inquiries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a medical setting. You’ll work 9-5, Monday–Friday, with benefits including paid training, PTO, and a 403(b) plan.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in a medical setting is highly preferred.
• Comfort with phone-based scheduling and insurance questions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide phone support by answering scheduling calls and questions about medications.
• Understand insurance to schedule clients with the correct prescribers.
• Enter information into electronic medical records and coordinate with teams.
