ADP, Inc. in Clinton Township is seeking a full-time Medical Scheduler to join our Internal Medicine practice. The role focuses on answering calls and efficiently scheduling appointments in a busy, call-center style environment.

Strong communication and typing speed are important, and Athena experience is a plus but not required. The position offers daytime hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or medical front desk experience required.
• Strong communication and quick reading/comprehension skills.
• Experience with scheduling systems is preferred.

Our Internal Medicine practice is looking for a Full-time experienced Medical Scheduler with great communication skills while being a swift typists. You will be helping answer phone calls out of our Clinton Twp location in a call center type setting. Athena experience is a bonus but not required.Pay range: $18-20/hour an hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

include communicating with; patients, referring physician offices, insurance companies and other staff to accurately and professionally schedule appointments.

Requirements

are, great customer service skills, experience with computerized scheduling systems and experience dealing with heavy call volume. May perform other general office duties as needed and /or assigned.

Must have

at least 2 years of customer service experience or medical front desk receptionist experience. Must have High School diploma or GED.

Ability to work well under pressure, express thoughts clearly and concisely, listen, read and interpret information quickly, in both written and oral form.

This position will only be required to work during normal business hours 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, no weekends, no holidays and no evenings.
