Job summary

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school required.
• One year or more related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out.
• Complete patient demographic information.
• Verify insurance.
• Collect fees at the time of visit.
