Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant for our Health Center in Colorado Springs, CO. The schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm. You will support client employees and dependents with clinical and administrative tasks in a busy health center.

The role requires CMA certification and BLS, with prior MA experience preferred. Premise Health offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse, temperature, BP, weight, height).
• Maintains patient health records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Admin tasks at front desk and scheduling, supply orders.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height).
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments.
• Medication administration including injections, performs laboratory tests, operates EKGs and other diagnostic equipment as permitted by state regulations.
• Performs administrative tasks, assists at the front desk, schedules appointments, makes follow-up calls, and orders medical supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
