Job summary

Premier Primary Care & Peds Clyo is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for full-time work. The CMA will see patients, support physicians, and perform clinical tasks under supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vitals, injections, EKGs, and basic procedures, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant required and must have graduated from a recognized CMA program.
• Ambulatory health care experience preferred.
• CPR certification within first 3 months of employment.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA law.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and record vitals.
• Administer injections and perform basic procedures.
• Conduct EKGs and pulmonary function tests.
• Assist with lab testing and dressing changes.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation.
