Job summary

Neville Foot & Ankle Centers in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced podiatry practice. You will assist physicians during exams, chart in the Electronic Health Records, and help maintain smooth patient flow in a high-volume clinic.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Medical Assistant experience, familiarity with ECW or similar EMR, strong communication skills, and a professional, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Familiarity with ECW or similar EMR systems.
• Ability to manage 20+ patients/day in a busy clinic.
• Orthopedic or podiatry experience is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of foot and ankle care is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures.
• Accurately chart and update Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Provide compassionate, professional care to all patients.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (required)
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) or similar EMR systems (preferred)
