USA Clinics Group in Minnesota is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient clinic workflow while supporting physicians during procedures, including Maple Grove and Woodbury locations.

You will greet patients, document vital signs, perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, and record data in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• 2-5 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant
• Experience performing vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Spanish & English preferred

Position Summary

As a Medical Assistant, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures - before during and after. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Locations: Maple Grove & Woodbury clinics
• Compensation: $22-$26/hr
• Paid training

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• 2-5 years of hands‑on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant required
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, required
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, required
• Fluency in Spanish & English preferred
