Job summary

Ketch-Kansas-Elks-Training-Center-For-the-Handicapped is seeking a Health Services Assistant to support nursing staff with medical appointments for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of body weight.
• Willingness to perform clerical tasks in nursing.
• Knowledge of medical appointment logistics beneficial.
