Software Placement Group is recruiting a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a hospital-based inpatient team in Great Falls, MT. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to nursing standards.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred) with Montana RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS. On-site, full-time with rotating shifts and a comprehensive benefits package, including a $20,000 retention bonus, is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, active or completed within 6 months of hire.
• No minimum years of experience required; solid foundational nursing knowledge.
• Proficient IV insertion/management and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families, offering education and support while upholding professional standards.
• Serve as clinical leader on the floor, coordinating LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation reflecting patient status and discharge plans.
