Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives goods by checking against purchase orders and signs vendor log-sheet.
• Distributes supplies to schools and departments and tracks stock movement.
• Operates delivery equipment and ensures safety during transport and loading.
• Performs data entry into the inventory system and reconciles stock discrepancies.
• Coordinates moves of furniture between sites and manages disposal of obsolete items.
