Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance duties, including basic apartment and facilities maintenance, to preserve the quality and value of the property.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License
• Background and physical screening
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Availability to work variable days/hours, including weekends

Responsibilities:

• Installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical systems
• Respond to maintenance requests related to plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs
• Repair walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
• Paint interior of apartments and address safety issues
• Document repairs and maintenance activities
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems
• Report malfunctions to appropriate authorities
• Respond promptly to emergency situations
