Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance duties, including basic apartment and facilities maintenance to preserve the quality and value of the property.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License
• Subject to a background and physical screening
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• This is a floater position covering different properties within the same mile radius, depending on needs
• Days and hours vary based on property location; weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations and repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests related to plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs
• Repair walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
• Paint interior of apartments and address safety issues
• Document repairs and maintenance activities
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems
• Report malfunctions to appropriate authorities
• Respond promptly to emergency situations
