Job summary

Five Rivers Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to keep facilities running smoothly. You will perform routine inspections, document service events, and implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.

The role requires flexible on-call availability for nights and weekends and a strong work ethic. Applicants should have 2+ years of maintenance experience and be proficient in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Record when equipment was serviced and repairs were made.
• Inspect building for damage and perform repairs as needed.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance to keep equipment reliable and safe.
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are functioning and address repairs as required.

• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
