Responsibilities

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring for optimal performance and repairs.
• Inspect building for damage to doors, windows, walls and perform repairs as needed.
• Record servicing and repairs performed on equipment.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Compensation

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs
• Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed
• Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
