Job summary

Mercer County Works is seeking contractors of all trades for in-house employment as well as general contractors for rehabilitation subcontracting work. The company specializes in buying tax lien properties and transforming them into rental properties.

Job description

Looking for contractors of all trades for in-house employment or general contractors for rehab subcontracting. We are a property management company that buys up tax lien properties and flips them into rental properties.

We currently have close to 300 properties in the state of NJ in a race to reach 1,000 properties over the next 5 to 10 years.

For in-house positions you must have a driver's license and be able to pass a criminal and DMV background check. We offer 20 PTO days per year with 4 paid holidays also. As long as it is a calendar recognized holiday you can pick and choose which 4 holidays you want.
