Job summary

A.G. Rhodes Cobb is seeking a Full-time Culinary Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, supervise culinary staff, and ensure menu execution with top food quality and safety. The role emphasizes elder care, teamwork, and high standards in a compassionate non-profit setting.

Flexible weekday hours (11am-7pm) with every other weekend, and requires a current ServSafe Manager certification. Generous benefits and professional development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisory experience in Culinary services.
• 2 years of experience working in health care setting.
• Experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred.
• Experience in a Person-directed care community preferred.
• Strong knowledge of menu execution and CMS requirements.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Strong team work and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

This is a Full-time position requiring flexible hours during the weekdays (11am-7pm) and every other weekend (7am-3pm) and does require a current ServSafe Manager certification.
