Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand instructions.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy; perform basic calculations.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written or graphic form.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality during production.
• Maximize equipment utilization by operating at available capacity and speed.
• Train and assist First and Second Helpers with job duties on the machine.
• Cross-train on other machines.
• Complete reports including Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, and Quality Data.
