Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in College Station, TX is seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN for a full-time position. You will provide direct patient care under an RN, serve pediatric to geriatric patients, and travel to Bryan/College Station locations as needed.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with on-call duties and a compensation range of $65,000–$79,000 per year, paid on a per-visit basis with annual estimates. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of operation.
• One year of LVN/LPN work experience.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical nursing functions and direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Promotes and maintains optimal client care under RN supervision.
• Maintains a safe patient environment.
• Identifies and communicates abnormalities to case manager and home health team.
• Administers prescribed medications and assesses drug therapy and adverse reactions.
• Re-evaluates client’s nursing needs and reports findings to Case Manager.
• Counsels and instructs client and family in nursing needs.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes; documents timely per policy.
• Coordinates services with the home care team.
