Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Bryan, TX is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) to provide one-on-one home health care to medically fragile infants and children in their homes.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends) with competitive pay ($29-$36 per hour), comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for ongoing clinical education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
