The State of Ohio's Developmental Disabilities agency in Mount Vernon seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide direct nursing care at the Mt. Vernon Developmental Center.

Under supervision, you will administer medications, monitor patients, perform basic nursing tasks, and support treatment plans. This full-time, permanent position offers union representation with OCSEA and requires Ohio LPN licensure, medication administration training, and ability to work varied hours at 1250 Vernonview

Competenze

• Active LPN license in Ohio.
• Completion of approved medication administration course.
• Ability to provide direct nursing care and observe patient conditions.

Mansioni

• Administers nursing care under supervision, including injections, wound care, catheter care and vital signs.
• Maintains medication records, observes and reports patient conditions, and supports treatment plans.
