NUWAY Alliance is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work full-time at our NUWAY II location in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The LPN will educate and assist clients to achieve and maintain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being through medication administration and personal care.

The position offers $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a generous 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN license in Minnesota.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid/CPR Certification obtained within 30 days of starting work.
• Must be able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• Must be free of problematic substance use for at least two year immediately preceding employment and must sign a statement attesting to that fact.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Competent computer skills and able to effectively enter information in various systems.

• Provide high-quality personal care while maintaining client confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct and document client information accurately in required systems.
