Summary: Under close direction and guidance of the Director of Nursing, the LPN provides important support to the clients, medication administration, intakes, recording vitals, charting in medical databases, and other medical care during the time they are with NSR. The LPN plays a key role during intakes, following protocol during intake and other duties as assigned.
