Formación

• LPN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing tasks to meet resident needs and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to RN/Supervisor.
• Uphold HIPAA, resident rights, and facility policies.
