Job summary

Responsibilities include gathering assessment data, participating in discharge planning, and educating patients. This position is full-time with a schedule of 6:00am-6:30pm, including weekends. A license to practice in Michigan is required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers assessment data under the supervision of the Team Leader.
• Provides competent care consistent with the nursing process.
• Participates in admission and discharge planning.
• Provides patient and family education as needed.
• Documents care consistent with guidelines.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

License to practice practical nursing in Michigan or completion of a U.S. Armed Forces Practical Nursing Program.
