The LPN will work under the direction of the Team Leader to gather assessment data, monitor patients, and provide competent care. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- License to practice practical nursing in Michigan or completion of a U.S. Armed Forces Practical Nursing Program.
Responsibilities
- Gathers assessment data and monitors comprehensive needs of patients.
- Provides competent care consistent with nursing procedures and plans.
- Participates in admission and discharge planning with the healthcare team.
- Provides patient and family education as outlined in the care plan.
- Documents care consistent with guidelines.
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
License to practice practical nursing in the State of Michigan
