Capital Health Plan in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an LPN - GPN to join our patient-focused care team. This full-time role works 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, under a licensed provider or RN to ensure safe, compliant care and smooth operations.

Competenze

Licensed Practical Nurse certification from an accredited college or technical school, or a written acknowledgement of Graduate Practical Nurse status from the Florida Board of Nursing.
Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write clear routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to clearly present and explain information one-on-one and in small groups.
Adaptable problem-solving skills.
Collaborative team spirit.
Math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, ratios, etc.) with the ability to create and interpret bar graphs.
Technology proficiency with the ability to learn and use Windows-based software.
1 year of related experience - preferred, not required.

Mansioni

Work under a licensed provider or Registered Nurse (RN) to help maintain an organized, safe, and compliant patient care environment.
Communicate with patients in person, over the phone, and electronically to identify needs and then work with the team to implement the plan of care.
Document care in clinical systems, support care gap closure, and assist with other responsibilities while complying with healthcare regulations and CHP procedures.
