Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Ability to document and communicate care plans clearly.

Responsibilities

• Work under a licensed provider or RN to maintain patient-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with CHP protocols and Florida Nurse Practice Act.
• Identify patient needs via phone, EHR, and in-person interactions and document plans of care.
• Collaborate with the team and follow directions to close care gaps.
• Assist with other responsibilities as needed.
