The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct resident care at the South Mountain Restoration Center. You will support residents in daily activities, monitor vital signs, and follow physicians' orders in a caring, respectful environment.

This full-time position offers 2nd and 3rd shift options, weekend/holiday rotation, and comprehensive benefits. This role requires PA LPN licensure or eligibility, with residency waiver for this title and available

Qualificações

• Active PA Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
• If you have a PA temporary practice permit, you must obtain full licensure within the one year grace period.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct resident care, including activities of daily living, skin care, meals, and routine tasks.
• Record vital signs and resident responses; follow physician orders and medication policies.
• Communicate effectively with the nursing team and residents using respectful communication.
