Job summary

Heartline Staffing seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for two evening-shift travel openings at a state-operated restoration center in South Mountain, PA. The role offers a gross weekly pay of $1,700, a $1,100/week tax-free stipend for eligible travelers, and a 26-week contract with 40 hours weekly.

Shifts run 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, five 8-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and assigned holidays. Requires active PA LPN license and compliance with site policies.

Qualifications

• Current, active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Nursing experience appropriate to the assignment.
• Ability to provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Availability for evening shift, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM.
• Availability for required rotating weekends and assigned holidays.
• Ability to comply with the restriction on leave during the first four weeks.
• Ability to comply with the facility's no-cell-phone-use policy while working.
• Ability to commit to the 26-week assignment.
• Ability to meet applicable Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and facility requirements prior to placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within the Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as permitted within scope and facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Follow established safety, infection prevention, and facility procedures.
• Support consistent, patient-centered care throughout the assigned shift.
