Applingwood Post Acute in Cordova, TN is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time 12-hour shift to deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role includes assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration.

You will collaborate with CNAs and other clinicians to coordinate resident care, participate in care planning, and contribute to a compassionate, team‑oriented work environment.

Formación

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in TN or compact.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision of RN or Nurse Manager.
• Conduct resident health assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses.
