Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Tennessee or compact license.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents under RN or Nurse Manager supervision.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, observe changes in condition.
• Notify RN or provider of significant changes or concerns.
• Administer prescribed medications with correct dosage and route.
• Monitor and document residents' responses to medications and treatments.
• Provide basic wound care and other ordered treatments.
• Coordinate care with RNs, CNAs, and other team members.
• Participate in care planning meetings and resident care plan development.
