Job summary

Applingwood Post Acute in Cordova, TN is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily activities and care per the care plan. You will identify residents, document ADLs and vital signs, and report changes to the supervising nurse.

The role includes assisting with meals, hydration, and resident safety in a supportive facility. Requirements include a TN CNA license, high school diploma or GED, and active BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in TN is required.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities per care plan.
• Use wristband/photo to identify residents before care.
• Record ADLs, I&Os, meals, vitals, and outputs clearly.
• Report changes to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Transport residents as needed and assist during meals.
• Support hydration programs and maintain safety.
