Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Boston is seeking a Lot Attendant to welcome guests, manage vehicle flow, and reconcile revenue and parking reports while delivering outstanding hospitality during guests’ stay.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass background checks, and a willingness to work full-time Monday through Friday. Training on Towne Park standards will be provided. Compensation is hourly with benefits eligibility as described in the job posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ and able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with register/point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and staff in a friendly, professional manner and address inquiries.
• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue and parking reports.
• Stack and retrieve guest vehicles safely, securing keys during operations.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information and receipts.
• Assist with daily event and rate information and maintain guest folio archives.
