Job summary

Towne Park is hiring for a Lot Attendant who will warmly greet guests, manage vehicle stacking, and ensure accurate revenue reporting with attention to detail. The role emphasizes hospitality and security, requiring basic math and English literacy.

Full-time schedule is Thursday to Sunday. Benefits include accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine options, and 401k eligibility. Prior parking or guest services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Licensure: Must be at least 18 and pass background check and drug screen.
• Work Experience: 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, staff and co-workers.
• Acknowledge and greet guests personally and use appropriate greetings.
• Provide information about surrounding area and main attractions; protect guest confidentiality.
• Stack vehicles and secure keys, retrieve vehicles, and support billing.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; categorize tickets and complete shift reports.
• Obtain information about daily events and rates; maintain guest folios and inventories.
