Job summary

The Cradle Company in San Diego, CA (92122) is seeking a compassionate nanny to provide full-time, long-term care for a 1-year-old and an upcoming infant starting September 2026. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm, with duties including bottle feeding, diapering, and engaging activities.

You will assist with grocery shopping, light household tasks, and maintaining a safe, organized play space. Multilingual abilities (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish) are preferred.

A loving family in San Diego, CA (92122) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nanny to provide full-time, long term care for their 1 year old and soon to be infant, beginning September 2026.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide attentive care for 1 year old and support transition as the family welcomes infant in November.
• Wash and sanitize bottles, as well as handle children’s laundry as needed.
• Assist with grocery tasks, including loading and organizing groceries once per week.
• Maintain a clean and organized play environment by tidying and organizing toys.
• Prepare and serve snacks and meals for the child at home.
• Engage in active, hands-on play to support development and keep the child entertained.
• Maintain minimal phone use during working hours to ensure full attention and presence.

Over time, they develop independence and the ability to anticipate the family’s needs proactively. The family also has a small dog in the home.

Compensation: $35-40/hr (mileage reimbursement, other benefits tbd)
