Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents in a two-person couple role. You will reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day care for 8-13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Age 27 or older for both spouses.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students in on-campus homes.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
