Milton Hershey School is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents for a two-person married couple. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, guiding a group of 8–13 students and supporting their academic, emotional, and social growth.

Initial shifts are nine days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, insurance, and paid training. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Two-person couple role, married at least two years.
• Age 27 or older for both spouses.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safety on campus.

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.

• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel services.
