Troon's Sun 'N Lake Golf Club in Sebring, FL seeks a Full-Time Line Cook to support the Chef/Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all outlets on property. You will adhere to health and safety guidelines and assist with inventory and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cooking experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with setup and prep for all outlets.
• Follow standard recipes and uphold quality standards.
• Conduct monthly food/supplies inventory.
• Maintain proper use and sanitation of equipment.
• Assist with distributing food and supplies across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department regulations.
