Willamette Valley Vineyards, Inc. in Happy Valley, OR seeks a Line Cook (Full-Time) to join our tasting room kitchen, preparing Pacific Northwest-inspired dishes to pair with our wines.

The role offers mentorship from the Wine and Culinary Director and growth within a high-end kitchen. You will work Wednesday-Sunday, maintain kitchen areas, handle prep and cooking, ensure plate presentation, and comply with safety standards.

Competenze

• Requires valid Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain before start.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Order, stock, process, and prepare ingredients for menu items.
• Prepare food items during mealtime periods.
• Butcher and prep meats, cheeses, produce daily.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen, dining, and service stations.
• Stock and monitor food levels to ensure smooth service.
• Follow plate presentation standards and garnish setups.
• Ensure each plate meets recipes and quality checks.
• Apply safe kitchen operation procedures.
• Operate all kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Support with month-end inventories and meetings as required.
• Support sustainability efforts within the team.
