Qualifications

• A valid/current Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Order, stock, process, and prepare ingredients for menu items.
• Prepare food items prior to and during mealtime.
• Prepare/butcher a variety of meats, cheese, and produce daily.
• Maintain service areas during shifts.
• Ensure proper plate presentation and consistency of dishes.
• Operate all kitchen utensils safely and effectively.
