Job summary

Westmoreland Country Club in Export, PA is seeking a full-time Line Cook eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced hospitality‑focused property operated by Troon. You will prepare and execute menu items, perform daily prep, and maintain a clean workstation while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required; club, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
• Knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and prep organization.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a full‑time schedule.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Culinary education is a plus, but experience and work ethic matter most.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
• Perform daily prep duties to support service and events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Assist with banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special club events
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team‑driven kitchen
• Take pride in consistency, timing, and plate presentation

Pay

Starting from $18.00- $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
