Hamilton Arms Center in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Experienced Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team of therapists. You will assist in planning, organizing, delivering Physical Therapy Services, and support resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program and must hold a state license.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in hospital or SNF settings.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Post-offer background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and delivering PTA services per standards.
• Provide individual therapy to residents according to care plans.
• Assist with resident assessments and therapy plan development with MDS.
• Coordinate therapy appointments and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and therapy area appearance.
