Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility in Illinois. Compensation is $36.00–$43.00 per hour, with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate regulatory documentation. A state license and NBCOT are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
