Work Environment

This position operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still enabling you to serve patients effectively. You will focus on maintaining an organized outpatient virtual office atmosphere, with tools and technologies that support teletherapy and collaboration with colleagues. Scheduled work hours are from Monday to Friday, with the standard time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Some flexibility in scheduling will be available to accommodate patient needs and optimize service provision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally informed mental health assessments to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s unique cultural context and personal history.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on resilience, coping strategies, and overcoming mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support for clients undergoing mental health emergencies, utilizing proven crisis management strategies.
• Engage in patient and family education to enhance understanding of mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential documentation in compliance with both legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training focused on cultural competency and best practices in therapy.
• Keep abreast of current research and developments in the mental health field, particularly pertaining to diverse cultural considerations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
