SAGE Counseling is seeking an Assessment Clinician to perform all aspects of initial client assessment for intake into the SAGE program, including interviewing and data collection for a comprehensive evaluation. The clinician will diagnose and develop an initial service plan, and complete intakes for new clients.

Position offers full-time hours with work-from-home flexibility, but requires residence in Arizona.

Formación

• Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

SAGE Counseling's Assessment Clinician is responsible for all aspects of the initial assessment of clients for intake into the respective SAGE program, including interviewing, gathering data for a comprehensive assessment, making a clinical diagnosis, and completing the initial individual service plan.

What do Clinicians do?

• Conduct assessments
• Diagnosing
• Complete intakes for new clients

Pay: depending on licensure and experience

• Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $65,000
• Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $68,000
• Independent Licensed Clinicians: up to $70,000

Where will you work?

Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona.

All equipment needed for this position is provided.

We are looking for Assessors in the Phx Metro area !! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!

When will you work?

Full-Time, Monday through Friday. Regular business hours.

Qualifications:

• Required : Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required
• Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
