Uftring Chevrolet, Inc. is hiring an entry-level License and Title Clerk in Peoria, IL. You will manage license and title work for Uftring Chevrolet, dealer trades, and CVR reporting, with duties that include filing, title processing, and communicating with lien holders.

Responsibilities

• Perform license and title work for Uftring Chevrolet.
• File deals and sales tax forms.
• Post daily CVR reports and perform monthly schedule cleanup.
• Order new and duplicate titles as needed.
• Process title work and related tasks.
• Call lien holders and SOS for missing documents.
• Maintain Missing Doc Excel Sheet.
• Send title applications and return plates via FedEx weekly.
• Maintain inventory for Finance Dept – plates and stickers.
• Handle dealer trades and auction purchases.
• Process wholesales and title changes as required.
• File lost, corrected, fast, or conversion titles.
• Learn and use Reynolds & Reynolds Era & Ignite and CVR software.
• Drive courier route and weekly deposits.

The License and Title Clerk is an entry level position. The individual will be responsible for License and Title work for Uftring Chevy as well as Dealer Trades, new and used purchases and CVR system reports.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $18.00 PER HOUR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for license and title work for Uftring Chevy.
• File Deals and sales tax forms
• Posting of daily CVR reports, schedule cleanup throughout the month.
• Order new and duplicate titles as needed
• Process Title work
• Call Lien holders & SOS for Tiles on Missing Doc
• Maintain Missing Doc Excel Sheet
• Send title applications & return plates & stickers to SOS via FedEx weekly (make labels)
• Maintain inventory for Finance Dept – Plates & Stickers for both F&I managers
• Dealer Trades
• Auction Purchases
• Wholesales
• File for lost, corrected, fast, or conversion titles
• File to put titles in company name when needed
• Learn /use Reynolds & Reynolds software (Era & Ignite) andCVR software
• Drive courier route & take money to bank weekly

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
